Mango Catering and Events is a gourmet catering company headed up by Paul Catterson, an award winning Chef with over 20 years experience in the Catering Industry. 

Paul spent many of those years working in some of the finest restaurants in London (Quaglinos, Zinc) before returning to La Stampa in Dublin and then Shu in Belfast. 

Paul was awarded one of the prestigious Acorn Awards by the Caterer Magazine, (previous winners included Marco Pierre White and Gary Rhodes).
